Our Beliefs
There is one message, one true Gospel, one faith, One Lord, One Spirit, One God and Father, and His Name: is Jesus. We are servants of Christ, stewards of the mysteries of God, charged with receiving and sharing His love and work of salvation, with all the world!
About God
Our faith asserts the existence of one true and holy God, eternal and manifested in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God, at the outset, showcased His power, wisdom, and goodness through the creation of the world and all that inhabits it. Through divine power and providence, God actively sustains His creation, navigating through history to accomplish His redemptive objectives.
About Jesus
Jesus Christ, the eternal second person of the Trinity, is fully God and fully man, He manifested into humanity by being miraculously conceived and born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life in perfect obedience to the Father. Through His sacrificial death on the cross, Jesus served as the substitute for all people, satisfying divine justice and offering salvation to those who trust in Him alone. Following His physical death, Christ rose from the dead, ascended to heaven, and now serves as the sole intercessor between God and humanity. His promise of a personal and visible return remains, fulfilling God's eternal plan for history.
About Holy Spirit
We affirm the belief in the Holy Spirit, sent by the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit applies Christ's redemptive work by enlightening sinners to their need for salvation. Upon salvation, the Holy Spirit renews and indwells each believer, serving as the source of assurance, strength, wisdom, and gifting for the church's edification. The Holy Spirit guides believers in understanding and applying the Bible, empowering them to lead Christ-like lives and bear fruit for the Father's glory. As the third person of the Godhead, the Holy Spirit is co-equal, co-eternal, and co-existent with the Father and the Son. His ministry involves convicting and converting individuals and serving as the great paraclete to the Church. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit and Fire, promised by Jesus, is a distinct gift received by believers, providing power for life and service, as well as the bestowment of gifts for ministry. This experience empowers believers to be witnesses of Jesus Christ through the preaching and demonstration of the Gospel. While there is one initial baptism, subsequent infillings of the Spirit occur. The ultimate purpose of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is to empower believers to be effective witnesses (Matthew 3:11; John 14:16-17; Acts 1:8; Acts 2).
About the Bible
We firmly assert that the complete Old and New Testaments originated from God, who divinely inspired chosen authors by His revelation. The Scriptures bear the authority of God while also reflecting the backgrounds, styles, and vocabularies of these human authors. We affirm that the Scriptures, serving as a testimony to Christ, are infallible and inerrant. They stand as the unparalleled, comprehensive, and ultimate authority on all matters of faith and practice. No other writings hold a similar divine inspiration from God.
About 5-fold ministry
We believe in the 5-fold ministries (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers) to equip believers in Christ to do the work of ministry according to Ephesians 4:11-13.
